Free 1:1 Tutoring
Our flagship program pairs K–12 students with trained volunteer tutors for free, personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions. Each student receives an individualized learning plan based on their grade level, academic goals, and learning style.
Sessions are conducted virtually through our online platform, making it easy for families to participate from anywhere. Tutors follow curriculum aligned with State Common Core Standards while adapting to each student's pace and interests.

Who We Serve
Bay2Bay Foundation's tutoring programs are open to all K–12 students in the United States. While our services are available to any family that needs support, we are especially committed to serving:

Yes, 100% free. Bay2Bay Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 99-3710793). All of our tutoring services are funded through donations and grants. There are no fees, no hidden costs, and no income requirements for families.
How are tutoring sessions conducted?
All sessions are conducted virtually through our online platform. Students and tutors connect from the comfort of their homes, making it easy to participate regardless of location.
How long are tutoring sessions?
Sessions are typically 1 hour long, scheduled 1–2 times per week. We work with families to find a schedule that works best for their student.
What qualifications do the tutors have?
All volunteer tutors receive comprehensive training before being matched with students. Many of our tutors are college students, educators, or professionals with experience in their subject area.
